The resort is located at the foot of one of the world's great mountains, Mauna Kea. Rising over 13,000 feet above sea level, this great volcano has created a rugged and unusual backdrop for this area of the Big Island of Hawaii. The ocean is crystal blue and averages between 72-76 degrees year round. Each of the Terrace condominiums is designed maximize views of the ocean and the historic Hawaiian fishponds.
